What kind of retreat is this?
A restorative juice & natural food wellness retreat focused on gentle detox, nervous-system reset, breathwork, mindful movement, and sleep support. You’ll enjoy freshly made juices/soups, yoga, breathwork, relaxation, and optional workshops.
Is this a strict “juice-only” programme?
Our program offers two transformative options: Juice Only or Juice with Paleo Cuisine. Both are designed as a gentle reset, focusing on restoring and repairing the microbiome. Guests enjoy a nourishing combination of cold-pressed juices, fresh soups, vibrant salads, and fermented foods, complemented by targeted supplements to support optimal gut health.
What benefits can I expect?
Guests commonly report better sleep, calmer mood, less bloating, improved energy, and mental clarity. Weight change varies; the focus is gentle detox and reset, not rapid weight loss.
Who is it suitable for?
Ideal if you want a health reboot without harsh protocols—great for beginners and for experienced retreat-goers seeking a softer, supportive reset.
Who should check with a doctor first?
If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight, have diabetes, an eating disorder history, serious GI conditions, kidney/liver disease, or are on medications impacted by diet changes, please consult your GP first and tell us in advance.
How many juices / salad per day?
Guests typically enjoy 3–6 freshly prepared juices or smoothies each day, complemented by two light meals featuring nourishing soups and vibrant paleo cuisine. These are thoughtfully spaced throughout the day and supported by plenty of pure water and soothing herbal teas to keep you hydrated and balanced.
Can you accommodate dietary needs or allergies?
Yes—please share allergies/intolerances ahead of arrival so we can plan safe alternatives.
Can I have coffee?
We encourage caffeine-light days to support better sleep and nervous-system reset. However there will be organic black coffee available if needs require.
What does a typical day look like?

How intense is the yoga/fitness?
Low-to-moderate and highly adaptable. Our emphasis is mobility, nervous-system regulation, posture, breath, and gentle strength—not pushing to exhaustion.
Do I have to join every session?
No. This is your retreat—listen to your body. Rest is a core pillar of the programme.
Can I add treatments?
Yes—massages and therapies can be booked (subject to availability). To secure preferred times, pre-book.
What is your treatment cancellation policy?
72 hours notice is require for spa treatments
How do I book?
Use “Check Availability” on our website and choose your dates. We’ll confirm once your deposit is received.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% deposit to secure bookings, with the balance due 14 days before arrival.
What is your retreat cancellation policy?
14+ days’ notice: full refund or free date change.
7–13 days: transfer to a new date or credit note (minus £50 admin).
<7 days / no-show: non-refundable.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes—name changes are free up to 48 hours prior (email us the new guest details). A new Medical Questionnaire will be required.
Check-in / check-out times?
Check-in is 3pm, Check-out by 11am (sessions often finish by late morning). We’ll confirm exact times in your pre-arrival email.
What should I pack?
Comfy yoga clothes, trainers for walks, a light layer, refillable water bottle, and any personal meds. Bring a journal if you like.
Is there Wi-Fi and mobile reception?
Yes we have superfast broadband and free wifi. We recommend no screentime after 7pm but this is your choice.
Is alcohol or smoking allowed?
No alcohol during the programme. Smoking/vaping is not permitted indoors; designated outdoor areas only.
Is the retreat suitable for solo travellers?
Absolutely. Many guests come solo—you’ll have supportive guidance and a welcoming environment.
Can I come for fewer / more days?
We offer 3,5 and 7 day retreats. Some guests do book for longer – 10 -14 days – but we would need to discuss this in advance.
Do you offer payment plans?

Do I need to “pre-cleanse” before I arrive?
It helps. Three days before arrival, begin hydration, reduce caffeine/alcohol/sugar, and eat lighter meals to maximise your enjoyment and impact.
Will I feel hungry or tired?
It is rare – but you may feel some tiredness on day 1–2 as your body adjusts; we pace sessions accordingly and can increase portions if needed. (Guests often report satiety on juice programmes when balanced well.)
I have a medical condition—can I attend?
Please share details in your health form. We’ll advise if we need GP clearance or dietary modifications.
Is there aftercare?
Yes—gentle re-feed guidance (what to eat for the first 3–5 days) so you transition smoothly and keep your results. You are given online access to our videos guiding your days and weeks after the retreat.
